Intragastric Balloon (BIB)

What is the Intragastric Balloon (BIB)?
The Intragastric Balloon (BIB) program is a simple, yet innovative approach to help you lose excess weight. The BIB is a soft silicone balloon that is inserted into the stomach through the mouth, and filled with sterile saline. With the balloon, you will have a feeling of satiety, or lack of hunger. The balloon will be left in place for six months while you adopt the lifestyle changes needed to lose weight. After six months, the balloon will be removed

What are the advantages of the Intragastric Balloon?
The BIB program has several advantages over other weight loss programs. With the BIB you will:

2. Lose more weight than with other diet programs.
3. Be supported by a team of medical experts.
4. Learn the principles for long-term weight loss success
5. Have the benefits of a non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical approach.
